Beaches

Red Beach. The most famous beach of the island since it is the only beach with this color. A vermillion rock into the sea reminds strongly the volcanic origin of the island. Located in the village of Akrotiri you will need to walk the path to swim and to take lots of pictures.

Kamari. Awarded with two Blue Flags the beach of Kamari with the black sand and excellent tourist organization is one of your options for swimming in Santorini. Many cafes and restaurants to continue at and also shops for all kinds of purchases.

Perivolos/ Agios Georgios. Descending from Emporio, Perivolos is the first beach you come across. Black sand, cafes and restaurants consist the atmosphere  of an authentic beach in Santorini.

Perissa. The natural extension of the beach of Perivolos the Blue Flag awarded beach of Perissa with black sand offers a series of recommendations for food, drink and water sports.

Vlihada. West of the fishing harbor is the beach of Vlihada. White volcanic rocks and black sand make up a unique setting to enjoy your swimming.
