The ports of Santorini
The island of Santorini has many natural harbors and various locations on the island served as ports over the centuries. From the prehistoric settlement of Akrotiri, in today's Kamari where the port of Ancient Thira and was called Oia. In Roman and Byzantine times in todays Perissa were the city of Eleusina and its harbor. For many years the bay of Fira was the main port of the island, while at the late 1960’s the port of Athinios was created , which is the main port of Santorini.

- Ammoudi in Oia
- Monolithos
- Athinios Port (Main port of Santorini)
- Fira (Old port of Thira)
- Vlychada
- Korfos and Riva in Thirasia
